What keeps me going?


Blogging is by no doubt, the one thing that i enjoy doing the most and i won't ever give up doing, because it is that thing that i call the best hobby of mine. 
However, life never goes to plan, it is never as calm and easy as we think it would be. When we think that everything is under control, that is exactly when .. a huge wave hits and changes the order of our thoughts. 
No matter what, i think we still love life and embrace it for however it is. That is why, i thought instead of sharing why i have been away, it would be more positive and happy to share about what keeps me going, as a fresh come back to doing what i won't give up for anything. 


1. Adding a new piece to my wardrobe: 


Buying new things no matter how small they are, never fail to make me happy. Mind you, i always buy pieces that i can build an artsy flatlay around to share on Instagram. So i guess my happiness is double in this case :D 

2. Learning new things & skills

I love photography and styling flatlays, if you follow me on my Instagram you would know how much obsessed i am. So learning about new angles or some new editing skills make me the happiest. 

3. Everything happens for a reason 


It is good to remember this, no matter what the case is everything is meant to happen for us to be happy at the end. 

4. Taking a break is ok

It doesn't mean you have failed, it only means you have had enough for now, it is time to set back and think so the coming would be the best you can every get.

A thought for every doubt

Comparison is not always a good thing to do, at least this is what i have came to believe in
The last couple of months, were a huge turning point in my life. 
Nothing major had happened, but i have came to believe in a few points in life that have totally changed me and my happiness.

For a while i used to compare myself with every blogger or Instagram creator i follow, their style, their editing, their feeds and the way they show their content with their following. 
I have lost interest in my own content and started seeing everything i do is just NOT enough. 

I changed my style, changed my editing and started doing a bit of what those i see do.. the resulting wasn't that good, which made me feel even worse and feel like i no more have the energy and inspiration to do this one thing that i love the most "creating content and blogging

I took a break, and decided that when i come back i am going to be just ME; create everything the way i see as beautiful, do things ONLY my way

I might not be talkative as that girl or share my outfits as that another one do, but i post content that i love and people enjoy. 
So thankful for everyone who loves what i share, what i am more thankful for .. is taking the decision to be me no matter what

So if you go through any phase of self doubt, know that you don't really have to change anything about yourself to be better or more loved, because you are who you are and you are loved and so well enough.

I don't workout but i do love my body

 

When it comes to working out, i am the laziest of them all. I hate the idea of wasting the so little time i have for myself at the gym. Am i the only one? 

However, i do love to look great and to be happy about the way i look. I have my own ways that i am going to be sharing today with you; 



By no means i lift weights, because i do hate the feeling of sore arms and legs but since i love to have a good shape: 

I run 
I take the bike a lot for almost an hour ride 
I try my best to walk a lot 
I stay active as much as i can 

Also, i don't like to stop myself from eating anything i like, such as Pizza or ice cream. But i do my best to know how much do i eat from each. Life is about balance after all.  


If you are to ask me if i do like my shape, yes i do
I love my body, it might not have abs but who needs that if i love the way i look and feel about my body shape. 

I wanted to write this post so bad for a long time now, because i think a lot of girls on social media focus on sharing their sweaty selfies to show their hard work in the gym just to make those who hate working out feel guilty and bad about how they look. but NO if you hate working out, don't stress yourself out, just be more active, you are doing great.
